HVAC Technician

Job Responsibilities:

Service, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including DX units, split ACs, cassette units, package units, FCUs, AHUs, and ventilation systems.

Diagnose and fix faults such as refrigerant leaks, compressor failures, electrical/control issues, and airflow problems.

Monitor and adjust system performance using BMS (Building Management Systems) and local chiller control panels.

Replace and service components including compressors, fan motors, filters, belts, actuators, thermostats, and sensors.

Respond to emergency breakdowns to ensure minimal equipment downtime.

conduct preventive maintenance to enhance efficiency and reliability of HVAC systems.

Qualification:

ITI or Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the Facility Management (FM) industry
