HVAC Technician

Job Description

As an HVAC Technician at Villa Haven, you will work closely with senior HVAC technician and engineering team members to assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. You will gain hands-on experience in troubleshooting HVAC issues, conducting preventive maintenance tasks, and ensuring the efficient operation of HVAC equipment across the resort. This position is ideal for individuals looking to develop their technical skills in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience or coursework in HVAC systems, maintenance, or a related field is advantageous.
• Technical certification or diploma in HVAC technology, refrigeration, or a similar discipline is desirable.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and repair techniques is beneficial.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
• Ability to follow instructions, work effectively in a team environment, and contribute to team goals.
• Physical stamina and manual dexterity to perform HVAC tasks, including lifting and moving equipment.
• Effective communication skills and attention to detail.
