HVAC Technician

• Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and dependable Handyman/Maintenance Technician to manage day-to-day repairs, upkeep, and support across residential, vacation, and office properties. This is a single, multi-functional role responsible for plumbing, electrical, appliance servicing, general maintenance, and tenant support.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting across assigned properties.
• Handle basic plumbing tasks, including fixing leaks, replacing taps, unclogging drains, minor pipeline repairs, and water heater servicing.
• Carry out basic electrical work such as replacing bulbs, sockets, switches, and fuses, and performing light wiring tasks.
• Manage carpentry repairs, including fixing doors, windows, hinges, handles, locks, and performing minor painting/touch-ups.
• Service HVAC/AC units, including filter cleaning and routine/minor/major maintenance.
• Inspect and repair household appliances (refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, stove, etc.); coordinate replacements if required.
• Ensure proper functioning of Wi-Fi, routers, and electronic devices; troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Maintain fixtures, lighting, shelves, curtains, furniture, and other property hardware.
• Respond promptly to urgent maintenance issues with safe and practical solutions.
• Assist with regular property inspections and provide maintenance feedback.
• Support check-in and check-out processes for tenants or guests.
• Collect rent or payments when authorized.
• Coordinate with external vendors and technicians for larger repair or installation work.
• Perform handyman tasks at residential homes, vacation properties, and office spaces as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience in general maintenance or handyman work.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical basics, carpentry, and appliance troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle emergency repairs.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safety procedures and quality workmanship.
• Ability to lift moderate weight, use tools, and work in varied environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

• HVAC: 3 years (Required)
• PLUMBING: 3 years (Required)
• ELECTRICIAN : 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• DUBAI DRIVER LICENSE (Required)
