We have immediate FULL-TIME openings for HVAC installers and technicians out of our Concord office. Plenty of work and overtime is available daily. Starting pay at $25/hr plus incentives. We never asks our technicians to sell anything!

Responsibilities of our HVAC Service Technicians:

  • Install HVAC systems including but not limited to inverter-driven heat pumps, mini-splits, ducted systems, and heat pump water heaters.
  • Follow blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate installation.
  • Conduct maintenance and repair work on HVAC systems as needed.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair issues with HVAC systems.
  • Collaborate with teams to integrate HVAC systems into residential properties.
  • Provide excellent customer service while on service calls. Communicate with customers to set and meet expectations.
  • Drive company vans to and from job sites.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on HVAC systems.
  • Train apprentices on industry standard best practices.

Qualifications & Skills of our HVAC Technicians:

  • Experience in Heat Pump and other HVAC installation.
  • Knowledge of construction practices.
  • Previous experience as an HVAC install or service technician.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics.
  • Familiarity with HVAC design principles.
  • Proficiency in plumbing techniques.
  • Mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems.
  • Field service experience.
  • HVAC system troubleshooting and repair.
  • Knowledge of air conditioning systems.
  • Valid driver's license for operating a van.
  • Experience with inverter-driven Heat Pumps, including Mini-Splits.
  • Commitment to getting the job done the right way, in compliance with EPA standards and manufacturer's specifications.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
