The HVAC Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems within assigned facilities. The role ensures optimal indoor air quality, temperature control, and energy efficiency, while complying with UAE safety standards and facility management policies.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on HVAC systems including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, split units, ducting, and ventilation systems.
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on mechanical and electrical components of HVAC equipment.
- Monitor, test, and calibrate HVAC systems to ensure efficiency and compliance with specifications.
- Conduct routine inspections and report on system performance, energy usage, and potential issues.
- Support the installation, commissioning, and balancing of new HVAC systems.
- Maintain accurate service logs, job reports, and spare parts records.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company procedures, and industry best practices.
- Respond promptly to breakdowns and client service requests.
- Collaborate with supervisors, contractors, and other technicians to ensure smooth facility operations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma / ITI / Technical Certificate in HVAC, Mechanical, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an HVAC Technician, preferably within facility management in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ducting, pumps, and controls).
- Familiarity with refrigerants, HVAC controls, and energy management practices.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and O&M manuals.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
