Job Title: HVAC Technician (Control & Instrument)

Duration: 2 Months Extendable

Job Location :- Raslalffan Industrial City (RLIC)

Salary: QAR 3,250 per month + Food ,Accommodation & Transportation

We are currently hiring experienced HVAC Technicians (Control / Instrument) for our client a Multinational Company in Qatar. This role is ideal for candidates with strong experience in HVAC control systems, troubleshooting, and industrial maintenance environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily HVAC operation and maintenance activities
• Execute preventive & corrective maintenance safely
• Troubleshoot HVAC control and instrument systems, including:
• Pressure control devices
• Sensors & transmitters
• BMS systems
• Instrument logic diagrams
• Diagnose and resolve electrical/control issues in HVAC systems
• Perform live troubleshooting and control panel repairs
• Handle compressor & fan motor troubleshooting (reciprocating, screw, rotary)
• Conduct commissioning of HVAC units
• Perform adjustments, replacements, and system repairs
• Read and interpret HVAC electrical/control drawings
• Work as a Permit Holder (PTW system)
• Ensure COMPANY’s Policies and Procedures are always followed.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HVAC maintenance (control/instrument side)
• Strong knowledge of:
• HVAC control systems
• Electrical & instrumentation troubleshooting
• BMS systems
• Experience in industrial / oil & gas / plant environment preferred
• Ability to read electrical and control schematics
• Experience with:
• Compressors (reciprocating, screw, rotary)
• Control panels & automation systems
• Familiar with Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems
• Good communication and reporting skills
