HVAC Technician (FEMALE)

HVAC / Chiller technician will be responsible for diagnosis, maintenance, repairs, overhauls and operation of all

electro/mechanical systems and equipment for commercial chiller systems. This would include HVAC and emergency

equipment and controls, fan and blowers including troubleshooting of motors, fan coils, VAV’s heat exchangers, boilers,

chillers, cooling towers, air conditioning and pumps etc for water and reciprocation, air cooled chillers; helical screws

and centrifugal equipment.

Install, maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units for both commercial and residential customers.

Diagnose and repair of electronic, mechanical and electrical components of these systems

2. Travel to job sites in service area, and work with dispatch to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are

properly communicated to customer.

3. Be available to work nights or weekends, on a rotating basis, to service emergency needs of our customers.

4. Document all installed equipment upon arrival: make, model, serial number, type of fuel, necessary test

measurements, and pictures as necessary).

5. Diagnose diverse service issues, obtain any replacement parts, calibrate system to manufacturer’s

recommendations, and explain fully to customer what the issue is and what is need to correct

6. Participate in company provided training opportunities on latest industry technologies.

7. Identify and report to owner potential opportunities for additional business (newer system, service contracts, and

additional services

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
