HVAC TECHNICIAN / FM Operator - (PACU Experience)

Should have hands-on experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of Package Air Conditioning Units (PACU).

Capable of diagnosing faults, replacing components, and ensuring optimal system performance.

We are seeking a skilled HVAC/AC Technician to handle installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC and air-conditioning systems for a reputed organization in Qatar. The ideal candidate will ensure systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and air-conditioning systems.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure optimal system performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical HVAC/AC issues promptly.
• Assist in preventive maintenance programs to reduce system downtime.
• Collaborate with other technicians, contractors, and engineering teams for system upgrades and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and organizational standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and service reports.

Qualification, Experience, and Skills:

• Diploma, ITI, or Trade Certificate in relevant technical stream.
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in the Facility Maintenance industry.
• Strong technical knowledge in HVAC and AC systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of local safety and operational regulations.
• Locally available in Qatar with QID

Experience:

• HVAC/AC Technician (Facility Maintenance): 3 years (Required)
