HVAC Technician- Urgently Hiring

Kept Companies is hiring experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technicians to work on large commercial equipment across restaurants, retail, transportation, solar, and supermarket facilities.

Our technicians work on RTUs, make-up air units, VRF systems, and large commercial equipment — not residential service calls.

What You’ll Do

• Service and troubleshoot RTUs, split systems, makeup air units, VAVs, exhaust systems, and packaged units
• Perform preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC systems
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues
• Perform commercial kitchen hood cleaning services
• Conduct AutoMist system inspections and maintenance
• Ensure compliance with fire protection and NFPA safety standards
• Complete service tickets using mobile apps
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and service vehicle
• Monthly travel with occasional overnight stays

Requirements

• 3+ years commercial HVAC experience
• EPA Certification (required)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Strong electrical and refrigeration troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics
• Comfortable working on rooftops, ladders, and lifts
• Must pass background check and drug screening
