HVAC Utility Technician

Job Location: Oman
Preferred Candidates: Currently available in Oman
Age Limit: Up to 26 years

We are seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Utility Technician to handle the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems across assigned facilities in Oman. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience, and the ability to work independently while following safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, operate, and maintain HVAC systems including:
• Split AC
• Window AC
• Cassette AC
• Packaged AC
• Tower AC
• Chillers
• ERV Units
• Flake Ice Machines
• Diagnose and repair HVAC system faults and breakdowns
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance to ensure efficient operation
• Test HVAC systems to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
• Read and interpret schematics, drawings, and technical manuals
• Replace or repair components such as compressors, motors, thermostats, etc.
• Maintain accurate service and maintenance records
• Follow safety procedures and best industry practices
• Be available for overtime and emergency duties when required

Qualifications & Requirements

• ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC) or related field
• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician
• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge
• Valid GCC Driving License – Mandatory
• Ability to work in various environments and lift heavy equipment
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Basic communication skills

Work Environment

• Exposure to varying weather conditions
• Work in confined and high-temperature environments
• Overtime applicable based on operational needs

• Salary: OMR 130 + OMR 80
• Overtime: As per company policy
