With a full schedule, strong team culture, and loyal customer base, we’re looking for an experienced HVAC Warranty Technician to help support our service team and ensure warranty processes are handled accurately and efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Process and submit HVAC equipment warranty claims
• Coordinate with technicians, suppliers, and manufacturers
• Maintain accurate and organized warranty records
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding warranty status and expectations
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty requirements and policies
• Provide warranty and technical support to the HVAC service team

What You Bring

• Minimum of 2 years of HVAC and/or warranty processing experience
• Working knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Clear communication and customer service skills
• Experience with ServiceTitan preferred (or willingness to learn)
