These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

- Designing, developing, and implementing electrical systems, including cable design, PCB layout, and integration of components
- Troubleshooting hardware failures using lab equipment and electrical design tools such as SPICE, Altium, or similar software
- Supporting the integration team in debugging electrical issues, including connectors, timing, Electromagnetic Interference (EMI), and overall design reviews
- Integrating stimulation equipment into the HWIL facility and testing electrical systems and subsystems
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration, test, verification, and validation of electrical systems and subsystems

- Experience with electrical design, including cable design, PCB layout, and component integration
- Knowledge of digital, analog, and radio frequency circuit designs and electronic components
- Ability to use lab equipment to troubleshoot hardware failures
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
- Experience working with multi-disciplined teams, including systems engineers, software engineers, and mechanical engineers
- Experience with HWIL real-time, closed-loop simulation and electrical design simulation tools
- Familiarity with electrical design tools such as SPICE, Altium, or similar software
- Experience with flight software integration and verification is a plus
