Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Hybrid App Developer to join our existing development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, designing, and deploying mobile applications using hybrid frameworks, with a strong focus on creating intuitive user interfaces and managing app store submissions.

Key Responsibilities

Mobile App Development

• Design, develop, and maintain hybrid mobile applications using frameworks such as React Native, Flutter, or Ionic
• Integrate mobile apps with backend APIs and services
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features
• Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability
• Debug and resolve technical issues across different mobile platforms

UI/UX Implementation

• Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces following modern design principles
• Implement pixel-perfect designs from wireframes and mockups
• Ensure consistent user experience across iOS and Android platforms
• Work closely with designers to translate design concepts into functional applications
• Implement animations and transitions to enhance user engagement

Deployment & Release Management

• Manage the complete app deployment process to Google Play Store
• Prepare and submit app updates, ensuring compliance with store guidelines
• Configure app signing, versioning, and release notes
• Monitor app performance and crash reports post-deployment
• Handle app store optimization (ASO) and manage app listings

Required QualificationsTechnical Skills

• 2+ years of experience in hybrid mobile app development
• Proficiency in at least one hybrid framework (React Native, Flutter, Ionic, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript or Dart
• Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party library integration
• Familiarity with mobile app architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, Redux)
• Understanding of Play Store deployment processes and requirements
• Experience with version control systems (Git)

UI/UX Skills

• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles
• Experience implementing responsive designs
• Knowledge of Material Design guidelines for Android
• Ability to work with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch)

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to integrate seamlessly into existing development teams
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with iOS App Store deployment in addition to Play Store
• Knowledge of native Android or iOS development
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications
• Experience with automated testing frameworks (Jest, Detox, or similar)
• Understanding of mobile security best practices
• Previous experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Published apps on Google Play Store (portfolio links welcome)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
