Company Overview

Voyager Home Health Care (https://voyagerhomehealthcare.com/) provides In-Home Nursing, Certified Nursing Assistants, and Personal Care Worker services throughout the state of Colorado. Additionally, we have four CNA schools (https://www.getcna.co/) which are unique in that they allow students to take their classes in an online format while enabling them to attend in-person clinical and practice labs.

Important: This position does not require the use of your personal vehicle.

In-Office + Hybrid

When not on patient visits, nurses are able to complete administrative tasks from the office on weekdays and at home on weekends. Around 80% of the time the RN will be in the field and 20% of the time they will be working from the office/home but this can vary throughout the year.

Program Overview:

Nurses hired for this position will work within our Parent CNA Program. The Parent CNA program (Family Member as a CNA Program) is a state-run program that allows parents to obtain their CNA certification and provide CNA care to their children. We are currently looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to case manage our Parent CNA pediatric patients. As the RN Case Manager, you will be responsible for:

Clinical Tasks

• Start of Cares
• Recertifications
• Discharges
• Change of condition visits
• Pediatric Home Health Assessment Tool
• Supervision of the CNA
• Nursing interventions as needed

Administration

• Obtaining physician orders
• Care coordination
• CNA skills verification

Hours

4, 10 hour shifts: 8am-6pm or 9am-7pm OR 3, 12 hour shifts: 7am-7pm

Days (Weekdays in Office, Weekends (Sat-Sun) at Home):

3, 12-hour shifts:

-Friday-Sunday

-Saturday-Monday

-Sunday-Tuesday

-Sunday, Wednesday-Thursday

OR

4, 10-hour shifts:

-Thursday-Sunday

-Friday-Monday

-Saturday-Tuesday

-Sunday-Wednesday

-Sunday, Wednesday-Friday

Pay

Weekdays (Monday-Friday): $45/hour

Weekends (Saturday-Sunday): $50/hour

Training for this position takes place in Colorado Springs and can last between 5-8 weeks.
