We are a locally established, women-owned small business. We specialize in delivering legal documents for attorneys in Northern Colorado. Our office is near the Johnstown I25 exit near the Buc-ee's Gas Station.
This hybrid role includes office team admin work on Tues-Fri 9-2:00pm and also every Saturday 9-3pm. For a total of 26 hours/per week.
Candidates need to have a valid drivers license, car insurance and a clean criminal record, so that you can pass a background check.
No legal experience is necessary, yet a high level of computer/office experience is preferred. Do you enjoy a fast-paced data entry computer work environment with printing documents, assembling, and mapping coordinates? Since the legal industry is highly detail oriented, a high level of focus is required. Do you enjoy filing hundreds of files in number order, and proofreading documents for accurate details? We have a high level of volume, so keeping up with duties at a high pace is needed.
Typical Admin Duties
- Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.
- Heavy Data Entry and retrieval of Data Entry within Computer Systems, Printing documents, assembly and proofreading. Handwriting info on to cover sheets.
- Manage Client website ques
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
Skills needed
- Computer literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Google Sheets, Email, Word) and other software programs, scanning, emailing.
- Customer service: Ability to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Project coordination: Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Data entry: Accurate data entry skills with serious attention to detail.
- Clerical: Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping.
- Proofreading: Strong proofreading skills with excellent grammar and spelling abilities.
- Typing: Proficient typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Phone etiquette: Excellent phone etiquette with clear communication skills.
