Position Overview
This role blends hands‑on operational leadership with office‑based administrative support to ensure smooth, reliable second‑shift performance across multiple client sites. The Hybrid Second‑Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing cleaning staff, verifying quality standards, providing coverage when needed, and supporting key office functions such as scheduling, billing coordination, and client communication. Key Responsibilities
Field & Operations Supervision
- Conduct site visits during second shift to inspect work quality, verify completion, and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Provide coverage for call‑offs, staffing gaps, or high‑priority tasks by performing cleaning duties when necessary.
- Support employees in the field by answering questions, resolving issues, and reinforcing expectations.
- Monitor supply levels at job sites and coordinate replenishment.
- Document performance concerns, safety issues, and training needs.
Office & Administrative Duties
- Assist with accounts receivable tasks, including verifying completed work, preparing billing details, and communicating with clients as needed.
- Support accounts payable by tracking supply purchases, vendor invoices, and job‑related expenses.
- Manage second‑shift scheduling, including coverage arrangements, shift adjustments, and communication with staff.
- Serve as an employee liaison, helping staff navigate questions about schedules, expectations, and basic HR processes.
- Coordinate client outreach, including follow‑ups, service confirmations, and addressing minor concerns.
- Oversee supply ordering for field teams and maintain accurate inventory records.
