Who We Are

Hey there! We’re a vibrant vacation rental design team based out of Florida, specializing in creating fun, scroll-stopping spaces across the U.S. Every project we touch is bold, colorful, and full of magic — and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to bring that same energy to life!

The Role

We’re searching for a Hybrid Vacation Rental Interior Designer to join us on a seasonal contract basis. This role is part creative design and part hands-on installation — perfect for someone who loves both digital design and bringing spaces to life in person.

You’ll work remotely with our design team to develop stunning concepts and then travel to properties in Bradenton, FLseveral times per week during install phases to help stage and finalize each project.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing unique, bold spaces with serious personality — think bright colors, funky features, and major Insta-worthy vibes.
• Creating concept and mood boards in Canva or Spoak.
• Entering all product info and sourcing details into a shared Google Sheet.
• Preparing detailed install guides to show exactly where every item belongs.
• On-site:
• Unboxing deliveries and taking inventory
• Assembling, styling, and staging each space from start to finish
• Coordinating install flow and keeping the project on schedule

Who You Are

• You have interior design experience, ideally with Airbnbs or vacation rentals.
• You’re detail-oriented, organized, and can confidently manage tasks both online and in person.
• You can lift up to 50 lbs and don’t mind getting your hands dirty during installs.
• You’re comfortable working on-site multiple times a week during setup phases.
• You’re a team player who thrives in a creative, collaborative environment.
• You love design and want to be part of something fun, supportive, and purpose-driven.
