Qualification - B.Tech- Mechanical
Experience -Min. 3+ yrs. hands-on experience in Hydraulic Machine Maintenance Engineer.
Location- Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra
Job Details
Develop and implement a preventative maintenance schedule for Hydraulic Machines.
Perform routine inspections to identify potential issues and ensure that all machines operate efficiently and safely.
Lubricate, adjust, and replace parts as necessary to ensure optimal machine performance.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues in press brake machines.
Quickly repair machine malfunctions to minimize downtime and ensure continuous production.
Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot and solve equipment problems in real-time.
Assist in the installation and commissioning of new press brake machines.
Calibrate machines for specific jobs, ensuring accurate operation in accordance with production requirements.
Provide guidance on machine setup and tooling selection to improve efficiency.
Provide technical expertise to the operations team regarding machine operation, safety, and maintenance procedures.
Train junior maintenance staff and machine operators on best practices for machine operation and maintenance.
Ensure that all team members follow safety protocols when working with press brake machines.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
Prepare detailed reports on machine performance, maintenance tasks, and repairs.
Track machine downtime and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with health and safety regulations.
Identify potential safety hazards and take corrective action to prevent accidents.
Stay updated on industry regulations and advancements related to press brake machinery.
Lead efforts to improve machine performance, reduce downtime, and extend the lifespan of press brake equipment.
Implement energy-saving measures and cost-reduction strategies for maintenance operations.
Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to enhance overall production efficiency.
Proven track record in a senior or supervisory role within a manufacturing or metal fabrication environment.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Experience with CNC press brakes and their control systems.
Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems in press brake equipment.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting machine schematics and technical diagrams.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Strong leadership and communication abilities.
Ability to train and mentor junior staff.
