Hydrotest Pump Operator

Mission

▪ Ensure the performance of hydrotesting activities following Foreman instructions and in accordance with safety and quality standards

Tasks

▪ Perform hydrotesting activities in accordance with safety and quality requirements

▪ Follow daily instructions given by Foreman

▪ Ensure hydrotesting activities are carried out according to the applicable procedure

▪ Verify the equipment and materials are in good and safe operating conditions and report any anomalies to Foreman

▪ Ensure coordination with the adjacent works to minimize coactivities and avoid unsafe conditions

▪ Follow the permit-to-work statement

▪ Ensure the housekeeping of the work location

Qualifications And Experience

• ITI / Technical Certificate or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience operating pipeline pre-commissioning equipment offshore/onshore.
• Hands-on experience with operating and troubleshooting of:
  
  

Ø Centrifugal Pumps (e.g., Caprari 500m³/hr with CAT C27 Acer engine or similar),

Ø HP Piston Pumps (e.g., MIDIS/Woma 550 ARP with CAT C18 Acer or similar),

Ø Diesel Generators (e.g., Atlas Copco with Perkins 1104C engine or similar),

Ø Air Compressors (e.g., Atlas Copco XRYS 1260 CD7 or similar),

Ø Desiccant Air Dryers (Twin-pot, 1600 scfm+).

• Ability to read and follow technical instructions and safety procedures.
• Physically fit for onshore site conditions.
• Good communication in English language and teamwork skills.
