Job Summary

We are currently hiring experienced Hydrotest Technicians for our Oil & Gas project in Qatar. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in piping hydrotesting, flushing, reinstatement, and pre-commissioning activities within refinery, LNG, petrochemical, or pipeline environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare piping systems for hydrostatic and pneumatic testing
• Install test blinds, test gauges, and temporary supports
• Verify line clearance and test package documentation
• Monitor test pressure and hold time as per project specification
• Assist in dewatering, drying, and reinstatement
• Coordinate with QA/QC for inspection and test witnessing
• Ensure compliance with approved method statements and ITPs
• Follow strict HSE standards during testing activities
• Participate in shutdown and tie-in works

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years experience in Oil & Gas hydrotesting works
• Mandatory GCC experience
• Strong knowledge of:
• ASME B31.3 / B31.4 (preferred)
• Test pressure calculation
• Hydrotest procedures & documentation
• Experience in refinery, LNG, petrochemical, or pipeline projects
• Ability to read piping isometric drawings
