Hygiene Officer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Hygiene Officer to ensure high standards of cleanliness and food safety in our food production facility. The candidate will monitor hygiene practices, supervise sanitation activities, and ensure compliance with HACCP and municipality regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor hygiene and sanitation in production and storage areas
• Conduct regular hygiene inspections
• Ensure staff follow personal hygiene and food safety standards
• Maintain cleaning schedules and hygiene records
• Identify hygiene risks and take corrective action
• Support HACCP and food safety compliance

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Food Safety / Food Technology or related field
• 1–2 years experience in food production or food processing company
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
• Good communication and attention to detail
• Male candidates preferred.
