Key Responsibilities
1. Hygiene & Sanitation Compliance
- Ensure full compliance with Qatar Municipality Food Safety Standards
- Monitor cleanliness of kitchens, preparation areas, storage rooms, and dining areas
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly hygiene inspections across all sites
- Ensure proper waste management and pest control procedures are followed
2. Food Safety Implementation
- Implement and monitor HACCP-based hygiene procedures (if applicable)
- Check proper food handling, storage temperatures, and expiry controls
- Ensure staff follow personal hygiene and uniform standards
3. Inspection & Reporting
- Conduct routine audits and prepare detailed inspection reports
- Report non-compliance issues to management and follow up corrective actions
- Maintain hygiene records as per regulatory requirements in Qatar
4. Training & Awareness
- Train staff on hygiene, sanitation, and food safety practices
- Conduct awareness sessions for kitchen and service teams
- Ensure continuous improvement in hygiene standards across outlets
5. Accommodation & Facility Checks (if applicable)
- Inspect staff accommodation for cleanliness and hygiene compliance
- Ensure maintenance and sanitation standards are met in living areas
6. Multi-Site Monitoring
- Visit multiple outlets and facilities as per schedule
- Use company vehicle (or approved transport) for site inspections
- Ensure consistent hygiene standards across all locations
Requirements
- Previous experience in Hygiene / Sanitation / Food Safety role in Hospitality or F&B sector
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and Qatar Municipality regulations
- Valid Qatar Driving License (Mandatory)
- HACCP certification preferred
- Strong observation, reporting, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites
- Attention to detail and high level of responsibility
