Hypermarket Floor In charge

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Supermarket Floor Supervisor to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-4 years of experience in retail sales, particularly within a supermarket or similar setting, and must hold a valid No Objection Certificate (NOC) for employment in Qatar.

Responsibility:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or supermarket sales (required).
• Must provide valid references from previous employers
• Valid NOC (No Objection Certificate) from a previous employer (for visa transfer purposes).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Supervise daily floor operations and staff performance.
• Monitor product display, expiry dates, and inventory movement.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues quickly.
• Coordinate with cashiers, storekeepers, and management for smooth operations.
• Prepare daily sales and stock reports for management review.
• Any nationality welcome.
