Job Title: IAM Analyst Intern

Location: Livonia, MI - On Site

Duration: 10 Weeks

Summer Internship Cycle: June-August

About the Program:
Mastronardi offers a structured, 10-week internship program that runs three times per year, during the Spring, Summer and Fall. This internship provides students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop skills, contribute to meaningful projects, and learn from industry professionals.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist with IAM audits and assessments to ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
• Support the development and testing of IAM solutions and integrations.
• Perform IAM administration tasks such as access reviews, review and prioritization of IAM alerts, and ticket creation for remediation efforts
• Document IAM policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Research and analyze IAM trends and technologies.

Education/Background Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program in computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of IAM concepts and principles, such as authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle, and role-based access control.

Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

• Familiarity with IAM tools and platforms such as Active Directory, Azure AD, CISCO DUO, or AD Audit/Manager.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
