IAM Analyst (SailPoint & ServiceNow)

The IAM Analyst manages the end-to-end user lifecycle (Joiners, Movers, Leavers) to ensure secure, efficient access across the organization. This role blends process automation, technical troubleshooting, and governance using SailPoint and ServiceNow.Key ResponsibilitiesLifecycle Automation: Identify and implement automation for JML processes; drive the rollout and onboarding of new applications in partnership with Dev and Ops teams.Identity Governance: Coordinate Quarterly Access Certifications via SailPoint and provide logs/documentation for audit compliance.Operational Support: Resolve IAM-related incidents and support tickets; manage provisioning requests via ServiceNow and SailPoint.Integrated Design: Collaborate with Tech Leads, HR, and IT to align IAM technology with organizational needs and end-to-end design standards.Change Management: Support system stability through active participation in change and incident management processes.QualificationsExperience: 3

4 years in IAM or IT Security operations.Tools: Proficiency with SailPoint and ServiceNow (SNOW) is essential.Skills: Strong analytical ability, high attention to detail, and excellent communication for cross-departmental collaboration.Mindset: A proactive approach to troubleshooting and a commitment to maintaining a "least-privilege" security environment.
