IAM Architect

We are looking for highly skilled IAM Architects to design and oversee Identity & Access Management solutions for large-scale enterprise environments. This role involves leading architectural strategy, solution design, and implementation oversight for IAM platforms.

• Define and design IAM architectures aligned with enterprise security strategies and regulatory requirements.

• Provide technical leadership for IAM solution implementation (e.g., SailPoint, ForgeRock, Ping, Okta, Azure AD).

• Develop architecture diagrams, integration patterns, and reference models for IAM.

• Collaborate with business, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration.

• Evaluate and recommend IAM tools, frameworks, and best practices.

• Conduct technical reviews and provide guidance to engineering and operations teams.

• 9+ years of IT security experience, with at least 4+ years in IAM architecture.

• Strong understanding of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect), identity governance, RBAC/ABAC, and SSO.

• Hands-on experience with at least one major IAM platform.

• Proven experience in designing scalable IAM architectures for complex enterprise setups.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, IAM vendor certifications) are a plus.
