Position Summary
Partner with IAM, Security, and DevOps teams to build and enhance automation and Infrastructure as Code for Identity Access Management needs. Work to reduce risk, limit manual efforts, and improve the consistency and scalability of IAM workloads. Ensure separation of duties between teams and how IAM automations are leveraged.
Compensation
This role is an exempt position with a targeted salary range of $94,000 - $136,000 annually.
Compensation at Guild is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to local and federal minimum wage requirements, education, level of experience, and applicant’s geographical location.
Essential Functions
- Design, build, and maintain Terraform CI/CD pipelines for deploying identity resources.
- Collaborate on designs with DevOps and Enterprise Architecture to ensure consistency and best practices.
- Improve observability of IAM processes in partnership with Security, and DevOps teams.
- Implement solutions that adhere to Identity and Security best practices (Zero Trust, least-privilege).
- Contribute high-quality documentation and diagrams to IAM knowledge base.
- Serve as an escalation point and SME for any and all IAM related production support.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure high standards for code quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree directly related to the position or equivalent, preferred.
- Minimum five years' experience.
- Experience creating CI/CD pipelines, preferably in GitLab.
- Experience building and maintaining Terraform modules.
- Proficiency with Git and one or more scripting or programming languages.
- Strong understanding of Entra ID user and application authentication and authorization and Azure Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Entra Identity Governance and Privileged Identity Management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented; ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, Wiki, collaborative cloud-based programs, and third-party software applications required.

- Physical: Work is primarily sedentary; mobility in an office setting.
