Job Title: Presales Consultant – Identity & Access Management (IAM)


Location: Riyadh, KSA


Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Presales Consultant – IAM to support our business development efforts in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the sales team to understand client needs and propose tailored Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions. You will lead technical discussions, respond to RFPs, and deliver compelling demos and proof-of-concepts across leading IAM platforms.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and deliver customized IAM solution proposals.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions and workshops with clients to gather and validate IAM requirements, including: Identity Governance, Access Management, Privileged Access Management (PAM), Security and Compliance Controls
  • Design high-level and detailed IAM architectures that align with client needs and industry standards.
  • Prepare and deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) across major IAM platforms such as: SailPoint, ForgeRock, CyberArk, Ping Identity
  • Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and technical questionnaires with accurate and competitive IAM solution designs.
  • Provide thought leadership on IAM best practices, including adherence to: Industry Standards: NIST, ISO 27001, Zero Trust; Regulations: GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, etc.
  • Collaborate with internal delivery teams and external vendors to ensure feasibility and alignment of proposed solutions.
  • Support account planning, sales strategy, and opportunity development from a technical standpoint.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the IAM product landscape and competitive offerings.
  • Create budgetary quotes and high-level project delivery plans.
  • Continuously learn and evaluate emerging IAM products through hands-on exploration and internal POCs.


Qualifications & Experience:


  • 3–8 years of experience in IAM technologies with a strong focus on presales or solution consulting.
  • Hands-on expertise in one or more IAM platforms (SailPoint, ForgeRock, CyberArk, Ping Identity).
  • Strong understanding of security standards, IAM frameworks, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in creating solution architecture documents, POCs, and responding to RFPs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer engagement abilities.
