IAM Program Manager

Role: IAM Program Manager

Location: McLean, VA

Contract 9 months

Hybrid 3 days onsite a week

Job Description:

1st priority

• Design this repository – architect & build – tooling is TBD (confluence, github, whichever)
• Pulling artifacts across form all pillars – apply a consistent taxonomy and metadata
• Future proof this stuff, already optimized for RAG based LLM
• Risk partners, audit partners

2nd priority

• Something sustainable, establishing ownership metrics – artifact champions for each IAM pillar
• Document some type of governance cadence

3rd priority

• A lot of dashboards providing a lot of data
• Build how to guides for partners to run those dashboards themselves rather than engage their tech leads
• Architect diagrams may be out if date
• Create a mall map/navigation layer

4th priority

• Ad hoc needs/support work – general risk management activities

Job Qualifications:

• Excellent communicator and collaborator
• Really good writing skills
• IAM domain expertise (5-7 years)
• Governance & audit experience – work they have done to support complex audits
• Designing structured databases
• Documentation hierarchies
• Write SQL queries, familiarity with Snowflake
• Basic AI literacy

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $80.00 - $90.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in McLean, VA 22101
