IB PGT Psychology Teacher

Qualification:

* Master’s degree or higher in Psychology from a recognised university

* Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in CBSE / ICSE / International curriculum

* Lady candidate preferred

Key Responsibilities:

* Teach Psychology to senior secondary classes (Grades 11 & 12) as per curriculum guidelines

* Prepare lesson plans, teaching material, and assessments

* Use innovative teaching methodologies to enhance student learning and engagement

* Conduct practical sessions, demonstrations, and activity-based learning

* Maintain student records, evaluate progress, and provide constructive feedback

* Guide students for board exam preparation, projects, and competitive exams (if any)

* Coordinate with parents, counselors, and school management on student well-being and

performance

* Participate in school events, workshops, and academic improvement initiatives

Skills & Competencies:

* Strong subject knowledge with excellent communication skills

* Student-centric and empathetic approach to teaching

* Classroom management and interpersonal skills

* Ability to create a positive and emotionally supportive learning environment

* Familiarity with modern pedagogy and digital teaching tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
