K–12 international education and teacher recruitment — serving IB World Schools in Bangalore and across India. This is an on-site teaching role for the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) for Academic Year 2026–27.
Primary title: IB DP English Teacher
Role & Responsibilities

Plan and deliver rigorous IBDP English A: Language & Literature lessons aligned to IB curriculum and assessment objectives for AY 2026–27.

Design, administer and grade formative and summative assessments; use IB rubrics to provide actionable feedback and prepare students for DP examinations.

Guide and assess Internal Assessments (IA) and supervise Extended Essay candidates in English, ensuring academic integrity and IB moderation readiness.

Differentiated instruction to meet diverse learner needs, including EAL support and extension for high-achieving DP cohorts.

Collaborate with department colleagues to design curriculum maps, unit planners and vertical alignment from MYP to DP; contribute to subject team moderation.

Maintain accurate records in the school’s LMS/IB platforms (e.g., ManageBac), participate in parent meetings, and engage in professional development tied to IB standards.

Qualifications & Experience
