IBDP Mathematics Teacher

Role Overview:
We are looking for passionate and well-prepared Dedicated IBDP Mathematics Teacher. The ideal candidates should be able to deliver clear, engaging and concept-driven lessons aligned with IB Diploma Programme standards. The role requires active student support, ongoing assessment, and contribution to a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach assigned IBDP subject content according to IB curriculum requirements
• Prepare lesson plans, resources, assessments, and learning activities
• Conduct formative and summative assessments and provide ongoing feedback
• Support students in developing academic thinking, research skills and inquiry-based learning
• Guide students with Internal Assessments, projects, or coursework where applicable
• Maintain accurate academic records and submit reports as required
• Participate in departmental planning and professional development activities
• Uphold IB philosophy and foster the IB learner profile attributes in students

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in the Mathematics Teacher subject or related field
• Valid teaching qualification
• Experience teaching IBDP or experience teaching senior-level equivalent courses (A Level, ISC, CBSE senior secondary, IGCSE, etc.) with willingness to adapt to IB requirements
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Ability to create a collaborative and supportive learning classroom environment

Preferred:

• Prior experience in an IB school environment
• Understanding of IBDP assessment rubrics and academic documentation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
