Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain IBM FileNet applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Install, configure, and upgrade FileNet software and related components.
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analyses for incidents.
• Implement backup and disaster recovery strategies to safeguard data.
• Manage user access, roles, and permissions according to security policies.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for installed FileNet environments.
• Collaborate with development teams to support integration and deployment of FileNet solutions.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on FileNet functionalities.
• Stay informed about the latest FileNet features and best practices to enhance system effectiveness.
• Participate in audits and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as an IBM FileNet Administrator.
• Strong knowledge of IBM FileNet architecture and administration.
• Experience with FileNet components such as Content Engine, Process Engine, and Application Engine.
• Solid understanding of database management systems (DB2, SQL Server, etc.) used in conjunction with FileNet.
• Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python) for automation and troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
• Relevant IBM certifications are a plus.
