The Analyst, IBP contributes to Primo Brands success by working closely with the demand planning team to improving forecast accuracy along with minimizing bias in our overall plan. The role will is critical enabler that will manage critical business requirements our IBP System, generation of actionable insights to the demand plan, and help build/manage capabilities related to overall demand management.
Reporting the IBP Lead and working with demand planning team along key cross functional business partners, this role will be critical in part of the team in helping manage day to day and long term needs of the Demand Planning team. A great entry level position into Primo Brands and/or Demand Management Function, with exposure to critical processes working with cross functional team and driving/managing key capabilities.
Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:- Coordinate, facilitate and manage critical business requirement to ensure integrity of IBP Demand Planning System. This includes managing realignment rules, ensuring proper set up, overseeing data integrity and facilitating best practices

- Key contributor with team in generating key insights and capabilities to insights that will lead to action. Ensure these insights are leveraged and build into content generated for key IBP processes/routines across both Demand & Supply.

- Will lead the coordination of monthly process to identify obsolete inventory and partner with remarketing sales leads in the selling aged inventory

Qualifications:
Key qualifications include:- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Applied Mathematics, Finance, Business or related field.
- 2+ years' experience, preferably in the consumer goods/beverages industry
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with an orientation to detail, accuracy and completeness while understanding high level concepts.
- Experience managing system, IBP System preferred
- Strong Technical Skills
- Team oriented approach to work.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to self-manage and to make one’s own decisions.
- Ability to work with level of ambiguity and switch gears quickly while keeping end goals in sight.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
