I&C Supervisor (Instrumentation & Control)
Location: Tharparkar, Sindh

Key Responsibilities
Supervise maintenance and troubleshooting of instrumentation and control systems
Ensure proper functioning of PLC, DCS, SCADA, and field instruments
Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities
Lead a team of technicians and ensure efficient task execution
Monitor system performance and implement improvements for reliability
Ensure calibration of instruments and compliance with standards and procedures
Coordinate with operations and engineering teams during shutdowns and breakdowns
Maintain documentation, logs, and maintenance reports
Ensure strict adherence to HSE policies and safety procedures
Support in project installations, commissioning, and upgrades
Qualifications
B.E / B.Tech / DAE in Instrumentation, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering
Experience
5–8 years of relevant experience in instrumentation & control systems
Experience in power plants, mining, cement, or heavy industrial environments preferred
Prior supervisory experience will be an advantage

Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of PLC, DCS, SCADA systems
Expertise in instrument calibration, loop checking, and troubleshooting
Understanding of process control systems and automation
Leadership and team management skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Good communication and coordination skills
