Position: I&C Technicians

Budget: 150,000
location: Tharparkar- Sindh

Job Purpose:
1-Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of instrumentation and control (I&C) systems, PLCs, field instruments, and related equipment.
2-Troubleshoot faults in control systems, sensors, transmitters, motors, MCCs, switchgear, and electrical/instrumentation equipment to minimize downtime.
3-Carry out calibration, testing, inspection, and routine audits of instruments, grounding systems, PLCs, JB/conduit systems, and safety devices.
4-Monitor equipment parameters, analyze trends, and report abnormalities or recurring issues to supervisors with corrective recommendations.
5-Support plant operations by assisting in LOTOTO, equipment isolation, alarm monitoring, emergency handling, and shutdown activities.
6-Maintain maintenance logbooks, work orders, inspection records, and preventive maintenance compliance reports accurately.
7-Ensure safe execution of maintenance activities by following HSE policies, work permit procedures, and emergency response plans.
8-Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and technicians to execute maintenance jobs, troubleshooting activities, and system upgrades efficiently.
9-Assist in maintaining housekeeping standards, equipment reliability, and operational continuity across the assigned plant area.
10- Be available for shift duties, emergency call-outs, and extended working hours to support uninterrupted plant operations and maintenance objectives.
11- Qualifications:
B. Tech in Electronics with 8-10 of experience OR DAE Electronics with +12 Year of hands on experience at similar facility
