iCabbi Experienced CSR

CabCall Experts (CCE) is expanding and looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) with proven experience using the iCabbi / autocab taxi dispatch system.

If you have worked in a taxi or private hire environment and understand the fast-paced nature of booking management, customer support, and dispatch operations, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling inbound customer calls and booking requests.
  • Managing bookings and amendments through the system.
  • Assisting drivers and customers with queries and journey updates.
  • Delivering excellent customer service at all times.
  • Working closely with dispatch and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements

  • Previous experience using iCabbi / autocab is preferred.
  • Experience in the taxi, transport, or private hire industry.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good spoken and written English.
