Ice Cream Server/Cashier

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server/Cashier to join our team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and the ability to handle cash transactions efficiently. This role involves providing excellent service to our guests while managing orders and payments accurately.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and take their orders promptly.
• Process transactions using the Aloha POS system, ensuring accuracy in cash handling.
• Assist in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
• Provide menu information and make recommendations based on customer preferences.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism.
• Maintain an organized workspace, including restocking supplies as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the food industry, restaurant, or grocery store is preferred.
• Strong basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
• Familiarity with retail math concepts is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Experience with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
