Ice Cream Server/Cashier

Duties

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and serving guests promptly and courteously.
• Take customer orders accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
• Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently while maintaining accurate cash handling procedures.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the dining area, kitchen, and food preparation areas.
• Buss tables promptly to ensure a clean environment for guests.
• Assist with inventory management and stock supplies as needed.
• Follow food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure the health and safety of all customers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred, particularly in quick service or fast food environments.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is a plus.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions.
• Knowledge of food handling practices, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations.
• Culinary experience is beneficial but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
