Job description:
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistent quality
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food preparation and serving areas
- Handle cash transactions and operate cash registers or point-of-sale systems
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Follow all safety and health regulations in food handling and preparation
Skills:
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating order totals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
- Knowledge of BRINK POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Previous experience in the food industry or retail environment is preferred, but not required
