Responsibilities

• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently at the cash register.
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Prepare food items following safety and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas to ensure a safe environment.
• Assist in managing inventory levels for ice cream supplies and merchandise.
• Handle cash transactions with accuracy and accountability.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of ice cream orders.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or as a cashier is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience in kitchen operations is a plus but not required.
• Culinary skills or knowledge of food handling are beneficial.
