Role Overview

Key Duties,

 Prepare and serve signature dipped cones, desserts, and beverages

 Maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation, and speed of service

 Engage warmly with guests and handle POS transactions efficiently

 Support daily operations including restocking, cleaning, and shift transitions

 Follow brand guidelines for plating, portioning, and customer interaction

Candidate Requirements,

Attribute Description

Age

18–30 preferred (flexible based on maturity and presentation)

Language

English required; Arabic is a plus

Experience

Mandatory prior experience in ice cream preparation or service

Availability

Must be ready to start immediately; flexible shifts including weekends

Personality

Energetic, reliable, team-oriented, and customer-focused

Appearance

Neat, well-groomed, brand-appropriate presentation
