TCT Qatar is looking for an experienced ICT Account Manager / Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and manage key enterprise and government accounts. The role focuses on solution selling of ICT system integration services, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue and margin targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new ICT business and grow existing key accounts
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, proposal, negotiation, and closure
- Sell ICT solutions including infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, data centre, ELV, and managed services
- Handle RFPs/RFQs and coordinate with pre-sales and technical teams
- Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM updates
- Support invoicing follow-ups and collections
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or Business
- 5–8 years ICT sales / account management experience in Qatar
- Strong knowledge of ICT system integration and enterprise solutions
- Proven experience with SME, government / enterprise clients
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Qatar driving license
