ICT Assets Management Administrator

Qualifications/ Requirements

Necessary Knowledge and Experience to be able to do the Job

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the same field and of which 2 years should be in a similar position/ responsibility, preferably in a similar Industry.
• Previous experience in IT service desk/operation Support.
• Well exposed to industry standards and best practices in IT Asset and configuration management and Service management practice, Customer Services, service quality.

Education and Certification Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a computing-related subject.
• Preferred to have ITIL Foundation Certification or Certification in IT Asset Management (CITAM) or similar

Job Specific Technical Skills

• Proficient in asset management tools.
• Substantial experience in computing or information technology.
• ITIL Service Management experience
• Working knowledge of Hardware, Software and Network services
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills are essential.
• Customer service skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR7,500.00 per month
