Job Title: Operations Support Lead

We are seeking an experienced Operations Support Lead to oversee the daily operations, reliability, and scalability of the TASMU Platform.
You will lead a technical operations team, manage incident response, optimize performance, and ensure system availability. This is a leadership role that combines technical excellence with strategic operational management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of the TASMU Platform to ensure high availability and performance.
- Lead and mentor a team of cloud operations and support engineers.
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on Azure and Google Cloud.
- Implement and manage incident, problem, and change management processes (ITIL-based).
- Collaborate with security and compliance teams to maintain data integrity and platform security.
- Conduct capacity planning and ensure scalability for future growth.
- Coordinate with vendors and technology partners for seamless integrations.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Track and manage the operations budget, costs, and forecasts.
- Generate and present performance reports and KPIs using Power BI and Azure Monitor.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical operations management, preferably in cloud-based environments.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and cloud cost management.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, and Microsoft Sentinel.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, GCP Cloud Architect, or ITIL are preferred.
