Job Title: Operations Support Lead

Location: Doha, Qatar
Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking an experienced Operations Support Lead to oversee the daily operations, reliability, and scalability of the TASMU Platform.
You will lead a technical operations team, manage incident response, optimize performance, and ensure system availability. This is a leadership role that combines technical excellence with strategic operational management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of the TASMU Platform to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Lead and mentor a team of cloud operations and support engineers.
  • Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on Azure and Google Cloud.
  • Implement and manage incident, problem, and change management processes (ITIL-based).
  • Collaborate with security and compliance teams to maintain data integrity and platform security.
  • Conduct capacity planning and ensure scalability for future growth.
  • Coordinate with vendors and technology partners for seamless integrations.
  • Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  • Track and manage the operations budget, costs, and forecasts.
  • Generate and present performance reports and KPIs using Power BI and Azure Monitor.
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical operations management, preferably in cloud-based environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Strong understanding of DevOps principles, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and cloud cost management.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, and Microsoft Sentinel.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, GCP Cloud Architect, or ITIL are preferred.

  • Monitoring & Observability: Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, KQL, Application Insights, Microsoft Sentinel
  • Incident & ITSM: SymphonyAI ITSM or ServiceNow
  • Reporting: Power BI, Azure Workbooks, Excel
  • Governance & FinOps: Azure Cost Management, Resource Graph, Policy
