ICT Business Development Manager (BDM)

Doha, Qatar

Comfort IT Solutions is one of Qatar’s growing technology providers, specializing in ELV, ICT, and software solutions. With MOI-SSD approved projects and a strong ELV base, we are expanding into ICT infrastructure and software licensing (Microsoft, CADMate, security tools, and beyond). We are looking for a driven ICT Business Development Manager to lead this growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development
  • Identify, develop, and close ICT opportunities (networking, servers, storage, cloud, security solutions).
  • Expand the company’s presence in software licensing & renewals (Microsoft, CADMate, HP tools, etc.).
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, government entities, SMBs, and enterprise customers.
  • Vendor & Partner Engagement
  • Establish and grow partnerships with distributors, OEMs, and software principals.
  • Negotiate reseller agreements and partnership tiers for ICT and software vendors.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth
  • Achieve quarterly and annual ICT/software sales targets.
  • Cross-sell ICT add-ons into existing ELV projects (Wi-Fi, UPS, servers, software bundles).
  • Build a recurring revenue model through software renewals and service contracts.
  • Market Intelligence
  • Track competitor offerings and market trends in ICT & licensing.
  • Recommend new product lines and software tools relevant to Qatar’s ICT market.
  • Internal Collaboration
  • Work with presales/technical teams to prepare BOQs, proposals, and compliance submissions.
  • Support marketing in promoting ICT/software solutions via campaigns, events, and content.

Candidate Profile

  • 4–7 years’ proven experience in ICT / software sales or business development in Qatar/GCC.
  • Solid understanding of ICT infrastructure (networking, servers, storage, virtualization, cloud, cybersecurity).
  • Experience in software license sales (Microsoft, Autodesk, CAD tools, security solutions) is a strong plus.
  • Existing relationships with vendors/distributors in Qatar.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Valid Qatar driving license preferred.

KPIs

  • ICT & software license revenue growth (quarterly/annual).
  • New vendor partnerships onboarded.
  • ICT/software add-ons sold into ELV projects.
  • Client retention and software renewal rate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From QAR5,000.00 per month
