ICT & Digital Transformation Solutions Manager.Customer and Partner Management

Job Purpose

For External customers Solutions, Lead the business analysis function & Lead the design and architecture of ICT and digital transformation solutions, ensuring technical feasibility and business alignment. ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction.

Report To Position Name

Prepare the required business analysis for the awarded opportunities. Develop solution architectures for enterprise clients. Validate integration designs and vendor technologies. Ensure scalability, security, and interoperability of solutions. Support sales and offering teams in proposal preparation. Architect ICT solutions for SI/MSI projects. Validate technical feasibility and compliance. Manage solution lifecycle from design to deployment.

QUALIFICATIONS_ESSENTIAL

Bachelor’s in Computer Science or Engineering

QUALIFICATIONS_DESIRABLE

Knowledge of digital transformation frameworks and ecosystems. Awareness of the market and governmental regulations related to ICT delivered solutions

EXPERIENCE_ESSENTIAL

10+ years in IT Solutions and Business analysis

EXPERIENCE_DESIRABLE

Identify the typical problems that the job holder is expected to resolve independently

CERTIFICATIONS_ESSENTIAL

Business Analyst Certificates PMP ITIL TOGAF preferred
