At Eni , we are looking for an ICT Officer to join Eni Abu Dhabi . You will be responsible for user troubleshooting and support, as well as the management and optimisation of the company’s hardware and software.

Main responsibilities:

Ensure high availability of IT services and tools
Monitor IT infrastructure and network status
Assist in the implementation and adoption of ICT policies
Support critical cybersecurity initiatives
Provide first-line help desk support and general troubleshooting of user issues
Install standard and company software, as well as common devices
Provide support for telecommunications systems
Collaborate with other IT teams in regional offices and at the Head Office in Milan

Skills and experience required:

Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in ICT
• Fluent in English
• Relevant experience across ICT environments

Technical Skills:

• Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, Office 365, ITIL
• Windows OS: installation, configuration, builds, Group Policy, Active Directory
• VMware or similar virtualisation platforms
• Networking

Soft Skills:

• Problem-solving and decision-making
• Strong attention to detail
• Clear communication and relationship management
• Team player with a proactive, independent mindset
