Job Objective:


To lead, develop, and implement sales strategies for the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) sector to achieve growth and revenue targets, build strong relationships with customers and partners, and provide innovative technical solutions that meet market needs.


Responsibilities:


1. Prepare and execute annual sales strategies for the ICT sector in line with company objectives.

2. Lead and direct the sales team to achieve performance and sales targets.

3. Identify growth opportunities in the market and build strategic partnerships with key customers and service providers.

4. Present technical solutions to customers and ensure they understand the added value of the products and services offered.

5. Collaborate with technical teams, such as pre-sales engineers and project management, to provide solutions that meet customer technical requirements.

6. Oversee the entire sales cycle, from initial customer contact to presenting technical offers.

7. Prepare periodic reports for senior management, including performance indicators and opportunity analysis.


Qualifications and Requirements:


1. Bachelor's degree in information technology, Communication/Electronic Engineering, or a related field.

2. At least 8-10 years of experience in sales in the ICT sector, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.

3. In-depth knowledge of ICT solutions and services (networks, security systems, CCTV, data centers, IoT, telecommunication systems).

4. Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

5. Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve targets.

6. Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).

7. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.

1. Achieving annual/quarterly sales targets.

2. Growth of the customer base in the sector.

3. Customer satisfaction level.

4. Customer retention rate.
