Requirements

Key Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's degree or higher
• Proven teaching qualifications (Bachelor / Master's in Education, or PGCE / QTS / equivalent)
• 3+ years of experience with exposure to international curriculum, i.e. BSO, IB or another;
• Proficiency in the subject matter
• Proficiency in key teaching skills
• Proficiency in standards of child protection and safeguarding
• Qualifications like NPQ and other teaching professional development are a strong advantage
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional lessons that facilitate active learning and meet curriculum standards
• Evaluate and document students' academic and personal development through tests, assignments, and observations
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and collaboration
• Address diverse learning needs by offering tailored guidance, extra help, or resources to ensure all students succeed
• Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and administrators to share progress, address concerns, and support students' overall development
